1) Bachelor's degree in HR Management , administration or related majors;
2) Experienced HR Professional with at least 8 years experience in all aspects of human resources functions, ie Manpower Planning, Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Staff Development, Employee Relations & Staff Welfare;
3) A good working knowledge and understanding of the local labour laws;
4) Excellent inter-personal communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of management and staff;
5) Fluent Both in English and Chinese.
